Ordering Information
We are excited to provide an Online Showroom and shopping cart program that accepts Pay Pal payments and all major credit cards - except American Express - through their secure site. However, if you would rather call us during normal business hours and place your order over the phone - or mail us a check with your shipping information and item number(s), we are happy to expedite those orders as well. Please keep in mind, we are often busy at the store and may have to call you back to take your order.
Our shopping cart program is not perfect - we have entered a flat rate for shipping on each item, however, we can often ship up to four items for the same low cost of just $5.95. If you purchase more than one item, you will be charged 5.95 for each item and will be sent a refund for the difference with your order. This is a technical glitch we are looking to work out in the months to come.
Most of our items on this site are one-of-a-kind and cannot be duplicated. We are making every effort to avoid selling one item to two people at the same time, however, the possibility exists. If this should happen, we will obviously credit you back and see if there is a possibility we can create a close match.
Finally, to see a close-up of any item, simply double click on the picture. We are doing our best to take photos that really represent the beauty of the items we are creating.
We stand behind every item on this site and anyone who is not happy with an item will be given a full refund - less shipping charges - within 7 business days of receiving your order.
